The business idea was developed in 2015 based on the model of car configurators.
As the architect's fee for a detached house with a construction sum of €300,000 to €500,000 generally does not cover the costs incurred, only around 5% of all residential buildings are planned by architects. In addition, the demands on design and building sizes usually do not match the existing budgets of the clients. This gave rise to the motivation to rethink the process of planning single-family homes, to combine the advantages of turnkey house construction with process-oriented, reliable architectural planning and, for the first time, to help the client gain competence over planning and budget.
With the "PURE GRUPPE ", the founders, Markus Semmelmann and Mario Mirbach, have now been running a 25-strong architectural practice for 14 years. Their expertise in house construction is evidenced by a track record of over 800 successfully planned residential units in single-family and multi-storey residential construction.
